| A green sea turtle belongs to department
of a sea turtle, swims in three oceans widely inhabit a temperate
region and the Mediterranean from the Torrid Zone. It is called
Asahigame as well because the radial pattern of shell. The shell
length is 107cm from 82cm. Although this turtle is a meat diet,
it is eating the plant like the kind of alga in the usually comparatively
shallow sea. A breeding season is from February in May. Eggs can
be laid to 5 times in one season and lay eggs from 120 to 130 pieces
from the end of May to the end of August. As for the spawning ground
place, Ogasawara Islands and Yaku-shima Islands are known. |
