Scenery of Nakijin
Nakijin Village has a cornucopia of natural wealth in luxuriant mountains and a seemingly endless community of coral reefs. Looming large in the middle of the village is the Oppa mountain system, where complex geological layers of calcareous and non-calcareous stones unique to the Motobu Peninsula region can be observed. Perhaps for this reason the plants and animals in the area display a great diversity as well. Countless numbers of butterflies dancing around the settlement will surely catch your attention.
