Don't miss out on the potato noodle of Ginoza. It is highly recommended by the village's process center, which was established as part of an economic development project in the area. The noodle is mixed with potato from the milling process, and its chewy feel is indescribably refreshing. There are other potato products as well, such as "potato rice cakes." "potato and sugar doughnuts" and "potato ice cream." You can try and purchase these products at the specialty goods process center, called "Mirai Ginoza."
