Nbushi Recipes

Just like chanpuru, various vegetables are used, cooked in a generous amount of pork stock and miso (bean curd paste). Ingredients are watery and juicy vegetables such as Hechima (cucumber gourd) and Togan (white gourd). Fry and then simmer with tofu and pork.
